Namaste, my name is Navin, and I am a dedicated Yoga teacher with over six years of teaching experience. My journey into Yoga and spirituality began at a young age under the guidance of my grandfather and father, who introduced me to traditional rituals, meditation, and the deeper aspects of yogic living. These early experiences inspired a lifelong passion for self-discovery, spiritual growth, and sharing the wisdom of Yoga with others.
Over the years, I have studied and taught a wide range of Yoga disciplines, including Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Arm Balancing, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, and Alignment. My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive and welcoming environment where students can develop strength, awareness, confidence, and inner balance.
I had the privilege of teaching Yoga in Vietnam, where I expanded my knowledge by learning and teaching modern styles such as Aerial Yoga and Stick Yoga. This experience allowed me to work with students from different backgrounds and cultures while deepening my understanding of Yoga as a universal practice.
I also spent more than one and a half years in Bali, Indonesia, working as a Lead Yoga Teacher at a Yoga Teacher Training School. During this time, I taught Traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Philosophy, Alignment & Adjustment, Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy, and Teaching Methodology. Leading teacher training programs gave me valuable experience in guiding aspiring teachers through their transformational journey and helping them build a strong foundation in both the practical and philosophical aspects of Yoga.
In addition to Yoga teaching, I am also a Certified Massage Therapist, helping clients release tension, improve relaxation, and restore balance in both body and mind. I also facilitate Sound Healing sessions that promote deep relaxation, inner harmony, and overall well-being.
Before becoming a Yoga teacher, I worked in mountaineering and adventure sports. My love for the mountains continues to inspire me, and I enjoy trekking, climbing, and spending time in nature. These experiences have taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of connecting with the natural world.
For me, Yoga is much more than physical practice — it is a path toward self-awareness, balance, and inner peace. I am grateful to share this journey with my students and support them in discovering their own potential through the practice of Yoga.
