Located in Upper Bhagsu, Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, India, Taru Yoga School is dedicated to sharing the authentic teachings of Yoga through Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Workshops and Daily Classes.
Our mission is to help students deepen their understanding of Yoga, not only as a physical practice but as a way of life that brings balance, awareness and inner peace.
Our programs combine traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy and Alignment to provide a complete and transformative experience for practitioners of all levels.

Navin is the Founder of Taru Yoga School and a dedicated Yoga teacher with over six years of teaching experience. His journey into Yoga began at a young age under the guidance of his grandfather and father, and has grown into a lifelong path of self-discovery, practice and teaching across India, Vietnam and Bali.
Specialties: Asana Alignment, Arm Balances, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Ashtanga Yoga, Sound Healing & Massage Therapy.
